What did everyone think of the Golden Globes tonight? I thought it was … umm … interesting.
Loves:
Tina Fey and Amy Poehler as the hilarious hosts
Ann Hathaway’s completely beguiling acceptance speech
Getting to see George Clooney and Leonardo DiCaprio in tuxes
New mom Claire Danes’ honesty on the red carpet (saying she was worried she’d “leak”)
Dislikes:
That Jon Hamm didn’t win
Lena Dunham’s dress (can you believe that was Zac Posen?!)
That Mad Men, Christina Hendricks and Elisabeth Moss weren’t nominated
That I barely understood Jodie Foster’s speech, because I’m sure it was great lol
The unfortunate boobie silhouettes caused by the dresses on Jessica Chastain & Jennifer Lawrence
That Meryl Streep was home with the flu, because she’s always so much fun to watch at award shows
The fashion choices of the night were so different, too! It was really interesting to see who went with neutrals/nudes and who went with bold colors. There weren’t all that many ladies in bold jewel tones like you would normally see … instead, many went with lighter colors. And if they did wear a color, it was RED.

Adele … the new mom looks stunning. Love the embellished neckline and her makeup is flawless.
