Speaking of an orange lip …
Last week, my coworkers and I had to work our annual gala. We knew we had a long night ahead of us, full of running around, standing, greeting guests, helping with donations, corralling people, etc. So we wanted to treat ourselves to something special before the event.
I called up my favorite Bare Minerals makeup artist, Tiffany, over at their 34th Street boutique and found out that she was working that afternoon. We headed over there before we had to be at the event site to have our makeup touched up and brought from day to night … and boy, did she hook us up!
She gave Ashley a super retro cat eye and a red lip … and Mallory a gorgeous smokey gray eye and a mauve lip …
Then, she gave Kathryn a retro cat eye as well, but with an amazing pink lip … and for me, my new favorite (as evident by my earlier post this morning) makeup combination: a green eye and an orange lip.
Later on, we felt totally glam at the ball!
