On Thursday, I decided to meet the sunshine head-on … with bright colors.

I honestly slapped this outfit together in about three minutes, following a very simple formula: cool tank top + pencil skirt + neon belt = ready to brave the heat.
I’m not sure that the pieces are a totally perfect combination, but I like how the geometrical pattern in the tank top matches the diamond detailing on the sides of the skirt.
And I felt like the belt was a good way to give myself an hourglass shape while adding a pop of color.
