American Eagle Outfitters has some really cute styles for fall and I recently tried some of them on in-store.
First up I tried on these high waisted 90s boyfriend jeans which I ended up taking home with me. They’re super comfortable and have lots of stretch. And this Peanuts tee is completely adorable! Wearing an 18 in the jeans and an XL in the top.
Next up, I tried on this floral flutter sleeve blouse — again wearing an XL. To be totally honest, I didn’t even think I’d fit into the XLs at American Eagle Outfitters, but most of them fit just fine! Wearing the same jeans as above.
Next up, I tried on one of their super soft cropped waffle knit ‘BFF’ tees. These come in a bunch of different colors and they’re a really great basic layering piece to have in your wardrobe. Wearing an XL here with the same jeans as above.
Next, I tried on this cropped flannel shirt which is so darn soft too! I love the mixed blue flannels stitched together. Again wearing an XL here. I was super surprised that the buttons didn’t pull at all across the chest on this one, too. Again wearing the same jeans.
This striped long-sleeve polo tee totally reminded me of the 90s — I definitely wore one just like this in middle school, but it wasn’t cropped and it didn’t look this cute lol. Wearing an XL here, and the same jeans from above.
Next up, I tried one of their cropped scoop neck tanks along with this cropped flannel button down. Wearing an XL in both, along with the same jeans from above.
Next up, I tried on this adorable little floral baby tee (currently sold out but I found a similar style here). This one is also in a super soft waffle knit material. Wearing an XL here. They also have a long-sleeve version here which is perfect for winter layering.
I’m also trying on these stretch mom straight jeans here — also in a size 18. Super comfy!
Next up, I tried on this completely lace puff sleeve blouse. This one is an XL, and this was the only one I tried on that I would’ve liked to see how the XXL fit by comparison because it was a smidge more fitted than I like. Jeans are the same as the previous outfit.
Last up, I tried on one of their corduroy shackets along with one of their cropped floral v-neck tanks. Wearing an XL in both tops, along with the same jeans from the last two outfits.
