What to wear to a wedding is always one of the hardest things for me to figure out! I’m always thinking about comfort personally (and whether or not I can wear a bra with the dress lol), but of course I also want to wear something beautiful, that has visual interest, and that fits the dress code of course.
If I were invited to a Destination Wedding or a Beach Wedding, I would totally go for a dress with tropical vibes! Why not lean into the theme? I would look for bold and colorful prints and patterns, fun silhouettes, and something that I know I’ll be able to keep cool in. Destination weddings can be very tricky, because a lot of times they might take place in a remote location or even right on the sand. I also think they’re a great opportunity to wear something super colorful and tropical. Jewelry can also be really fun … don’t be afraid to have fun with some bright and BOLD jewelry. Footwear might be tricky, too — make sure your heels don’t get stuck in the sand … or maybe even go barefoot!
