Here are some things I’d love for this weekend … a.k.a. my Weekend Wants.
1) To go home … Right now, I am away on a business trip and typing this from a hotel room in Pittsburgh. Tomorrow I head home, and this is the song that’s on a loop in my head —
2) To rest … It has been an EXHAUSTING couple of days … so I am looking forward to just going home and resting. Elf is going to be on TV tomorrow night, and I intend to watch it from my couch, in my sweats.
3) To show my nieces a big tree … On Sunday, I’m meeting up with my sister and my nieces and we’re heading to the big tree in Rockefeller Center 🙂
4) To sleep in my own bed … My hubby said he didn’t sleep well at all last night, and neither did I. What on earth is it about your own bed that is just heaven? I guess because I have a Sleep Number bed and the other half of it has my favorite person in it 🙂
5) To see a pop-up shop … Once I get home tomorrow, I’m heading to a really unique holiday pop-up shop in a brownstone in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn … I’ll be sure to share a recap of my shopping trip!
