It’s finally the right weather for me to wear my (sort of) new J. Crew heart sweater … yay!
It was kind of a miserable rainy day in NYC today, so I kept my outfit pretty simple … I really can’t wait for a sunny day so I can wear a skirt or dress or something more fun!

I really adore this sweater … it’s just so fun and whimsical.
I wore my crazy old and broken in J. Crew boots since I don’t own rain boots. I got them three or four years ago at a J. Crew sample sale in the city. They retail for $298 but I got them for $99 🙂 I beat them up terribly by wearing them in the rain and such, but they just keep getting softer.
They used to actually be tight on my calves (when I first bought them, I could barely zip them up all the way … now look at how much room there is in the calf!
