Here are some things I’d love for this weekend … a.k.a. my Weekend Wants.
1) To share my September picks with you … I’m plopping myself down on the couch tonight and combing through my September issues one more time … and then I’ll be sharing my favorites!

2) To heal … I burnt my hand pretty badly while cooking dinner last night, and it still smarts! One of my favorite products for burns is Dr. Burt’s Res-Q Ointment from Burt’s Bees. It’s this green goo and it’s a little stinky (a very herbal scent), but it’s all natural and really works at taking the sting out of burns and preventing blistering.

3) To finish going through my swag bags … I’m going to be doing a few more giveaways from all of the goodies I received at IFBCon and LuckyFABB … so stay tuned 🙂
PS – have you entered my Beauty Bonanza Giveaway yet?!
4) To try my first Sprinkles cupcake … Confession time: I’ve never had a Sprinkles cupcake. Or a Crumbs cupcake if I’m being totally honest (they just look too darn big – they scare me!). I’m a Magnolia Bakery girl through and through, but I decided to try Sprinkles tonight after passing one of their bakeries several times. It just felt like the right thing to do on a Friday night … it’s been a long week. Anyway, I will let you know how they are!
Clockwise, from top left: vegan red velvet, gluten-free red velvet (for my hubby), almond dark chocolate, and vanilla milk chocolate

PS – Who makes your favorite cupcake?
5) To get some new jeans … the skinny jeans that I have are all size 12s, which means they are not going to fit me this fall / winter. I need to buy some that won’t sag off my ass! I may go to Old Navy and get a black pair, too … and if you’re in NYC, check out this event where you can win a free pair. And take advantage of their 20% off discount, too.

What are your plans for this weekend?

I'm not crazy about sprinkles – I like Crumbs way better, even though they're supposedly not as fresh (esp here on the west coast where they ship them in from NY). I think that's mostly cause I'm a frosting kinda girl and Crumbs PILES it on! 🙂
