Yesterday, I checked out the opening of a brand new boutique in my neighborhood — The Brass Owl. This store is exactly the kind of thing the Ditmars neighborhood needs, too — a proper boutique of name-brand shoes, accessories, jewelry and other amazing goodies.
I immediately snagged one of the gorgeous tassel necklaces and a scarf that has eyeglasses all over it. And I have a feeling I’m going to be paying a lot of visits to this store from now on … if you live in the area, you owe it to yourself to check it out, too.
